Any news on a weekly offer? The vault is looking a bit sparse right now.
Argh! Is it being deployed starting about an hour back? Multiple players seeing errors.
If this was the deployment window, why do this during an active event? Especially after the recent release problems? I likely lost the match I had in progress.

These types of decisions are the precise reason why people get upset and angry. No logic to it whatsoever. All the effort I put into ranking is likely wasted. When I can finally log in again, I’m looking forward to a very unpleasant chat window full of rage.

I would hope by now they have learned from the past and the issues people are experiencing right now is just the standard unstable environment we’ve become accustomed to.
Ive tested 2 different accounts on the same device… one plays fine, the other does not log in.
Did the devs just start the update at the end of their day and go home?

I don’t see why this update had to be done in the middle of an event. Even if it wasn’t suppose to effect the gameplay it did, as has happened several other times. Couldn’t they just have played it safe and waited until after the event.

Seriously, this is awful. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and the problems still exist. I’ve been fairly lucky with stability in the past, but the game is completely unplayable for me at this point. Was it really worth fixing a messaging error?

You guys deserve all the negativity and hate. When you display this level of incompetence, you’re practically asking for it.
Any shred of respect I had for the devs is now gone forever. There’s simply no excuse for such ignorance.

Should we even bother expecting compensation? A pack of dupes or some piddly runes? Laughable. Slap us in the face again, we’re already expecting it.
Very frustrating because the game is great and obviously has a loyal and passionate following…please fix and in the future, perform “seamless” updates outside of events

They’ll probably shteev me soon. But whatever. I’m going to be negative and angry from now on because they made me that way, not because I enjoy it.
You may be correct ZW2007-. They may have not rolled out the update yet. I would assume if the update had been rolled out and our client were seamlessly updated, we’d have gotten some kind of notice in our Inbox that the version had been updated.
