just wonder 1 thing:
we know sentry’s WR will more powerful when there are a lot of little daggers on his side. i just wonder if my team has those little daggers, will hurt them more too?
if it will… i think doc ock’s black passive is good… or maybe not… i donno 
p.s. i am a newbie in this game. that’s why i ask this amateur question

World Rupture is increased by the total of strike tiles per countdown tile. You can have one big 400 damage tile or multiple tiles equaling 400 damage. It will be the same damage increase either way. Friendly tiles (white) effects your damage to the enemy and enemy tiles (black) effect damage to you. Strike Tiles also increases all damage as well.
If I understand your question correctly:
When Sentry uses World Rupture on you -
His daggers WILL increase the damage you take
Your daggers WILL NOT increase the damage his team takes
