Title says it all really. How low can the incompetence go?

I think long? Instead of fixing the infinite bugs they are nerfing everyone’s favorite characters. shrug.
I dont know whom to be upset with more devs or a person reporting a bug. Since fixing a bug by the dev leads to them making the most detrimental choice for the players.
Has anyone actually got the 10 pack yet? I’ve got that many points but never got the 10 pack.
Got mine this morning right when I hit the point threshold.

Mine showed up this morning, must’ve had a fix for it last night 
Earned the 10pk a couple days ago. All earned anniv tokens have been for the 12th anniv vault, so … apparently … display error.

My placement rewards for oss were delayed about an hour, but didn’t think much of it since that event had its issues.
I am having this issue. I earned this reward, but didnt receive it. The main menu says I have 1 more reward than when I navigate to Recruit menu.
Tried restarting the app, but nothing.
Mine landed in the right place, I got 10 2* but at least they exist!
I didn’t get mine either. Got a pop up awarding that and a couple of season vault tokens. I got those but no 10 pack.
Figured out why I didnt get mine. The description is 11th Anniversary, but its the 12th anniversary vault. When I received the reward for 10 tokens, I only had a few items left to earn in the vault. After completing the vault earlier today and refreshing, the rewards were available.
I got my 10 pack for the current vault.
It’s annoying it’s wrong on the rewards chart but at least it’s correct.
