5 premium pack pulls resulted in zero mythics… It kind of makes me want to stop trying. The extra heap of bugs don’t help either, but I’ve lost the passion for the game a bit. I’ve spent more money on game than any other mobile game since I saw it as a long term investment, but it’s just sunk cost to me now.

I had a similar thing, although I did get 2 mythics and 20 or so rares in 6 packs.
And here I though my lucky streak from Dominaria would carry over.
They have a sale on gold packs, I only buy discounted itunes cards from paypal and black friday sales to also curtail the ingame costs. P2w mobile games are slot machines, nothing else. How many mobile games you have with no ingame gotcha’s? Konami shut their game business down to focus on pachenko. More money in slot machine mentality/ mechanics. I am sorry for your bad string of packs though. Game should have better pull rates as the premium pack purchase goes up.

I bought 2 PP and got a few rares but didn’t want to risk a bad streak of nothing as many have been experiencing.
And well… I was really looking at the crystal deal sale and was really, really tempted to buy the biggest package but with the horrid drop rates I hear from people. Must… R..E..F..R..A..I..N… They probably want us to cave though. tsk tsk tsk. 17 Premium packs and only 2 mythics, one was a dupe from an EP so basically I got one keeper.
I have all but 1 common and uncommon. 24 rares. that’s what I have to show for it.
Now I am just farming every jewel I can get my hands on via daily and scheduled events.
@Gunmix25 sorry to hear that. I’m glad there is a support group here, but it also suggests we continue to gamble and not quit, which I think is the definition of addiction.
At least I’m over spending real money.

Well, I think I’m done. Two more premium packs and no mythics. That’s 7 in a row, 9 if you count last two Dominaria packs I bought.
Yeah, my M19 pickings are rather slim too. 3 mythics in about 11 premium packs and the reward boosters from the event. Only about 10 rares as well.
I feel your pain, though I’ve been slightly better off, kinda. 7 PPs and 1 mythic, but only 7 rares.
Did get another mythic out of one of the prize packs from the weekend event, but it was a dupe of the only other mythic I’ve opened.
Yeah sometimes with new sets takes me 5-6 premiums to get my 1st mythic other times it’s 1-2 time
They need an ultimate pack.
10 Boosters + guaranteed Mythic for 650-750 gems.
The good news is that most of the mythics in this set are pretty terrible, so you aren’t missing much 
Sounds like the old 600 crystal big box we used to have. It was 12 packs (I think, someone back me up on this) with a guaranteed rare or better. Hibernium got rid of it when they revamped the packs and put in the current system (Back in Kaladesh, I believe)
I remember those… though they were only around for a little while after I started playing.
Now that they have removed the pain point of duplicates for purple jewels, bringing something like this back would be a nice change.
Those were still around when I started playing in the first week of Amonkhet. I think they were removed when HOU was released.
And ya, it was basically just 2 PP’s.
