So I have enough iso to finally champion a 4star
My 3s are mostly all levels 185-195 and my fully covered 4s are either 166 or 181
I have 3 options

Your 3* levels are fine and can easily support a champed 4*. Thing is a solidly 2nd tier 4*, though, and only really shines when used as a duo with xfdp. What tier 1 4s are you close to getting the 13th cover for? If you can champ Iceman, JG, 4cyke, rulk or imhb soon I would definitely recommend them over Thing as they all pair really well with 3s and are a tier above Thing.

In that case, max Iceman. He’s boosted next week and he’s dang good even when he’s not boosted.
im40/ice will absolutely wreck. I still use them with oml in shield sim climbing/cycling. jean is great for pve especially but doesn’t have to have levels for that. ice all day every day over thing+1cover, especially with the boosting next week.
I can vouch for Iceman. He and IM40 have opened new realms in the game for me (e.g. easily climbing up to 800, and even hitting 1000, in PVP).
Iceman all the way. Punisher is moving up into consideration for best 4*, to me, but Iceman has been solidly there for a long time. You won’t regret it. Look to get Cyclops or Hulkbuster second, if feasible, because either makes a killer PvP team with Iceman.
