Hi @fiirst. The 2.2.2 update only applied a fix to prevent iOS players from losing their accounts, and it did not restore accounts. You would still need to ask Customer Support for assistance. I have received your private messages, and I will be sure to read them today, and help in any way I can. Thank you for your patience. ---

You just need to contact customer support and provide them your original UID and they can restore the account. You can submit a ticket through the app itself even! Good luck, hope your account gets restored soon! ---

@Sarahschmara TY, Yeah! have just sent text to them as my first thing in every morning (around this time since last Tuesday) last 30 min they said they have linked my main account to my fb…what happened to my phone is…recreating newer account… i think i should begin seeking for another hobby/games… ---
