24 Hour shield broken...

For the THIRD time this PvP (Starlord), my 24 hour shield is completely tinykittyed.

The shield is eligible, cooled down, and ready to use. I select it, confirm the hp cost, and get a message that says it’s still cooling down.

I’ve lost over 600 points this PvP because this blinkety blank shield keeps malfunctioning. I’d gotten up to 1146 (a personal record), and now it’s looking like I might finish closer to 500, screwing my season scores, and my alliance’s rank.

I submitted a help desk ticket, but this has completely ruined this event for me, and my alliance is suffering as well. I’m beyond furious at this…

Anyone had a similar experience? Anyone able to call up D3 and tell them to fix this, and make it right?

Not on 24 - but my 3 hr shield was somehow not functioning. Ill be submitting a ticket and wished I took a screen shot.

I was at 650 - had a 3 hr shield running to take me to the end.

Just got attacked - and while two showed no difference because of the shield - the third went through? I lost another 22 pts?

Very annoyed.

Same thing happened to me last night. Went from nearly 1500 points to just over 700. 2kHP in shields and boosts down the drain. I suggest that you contact Cs about it and PM IceIX and David Hi-Fi Moore on here too to expedite the process.

Hey guys, thanks for sending in reports.

When you do talk to CS, please include the event you were shielding in, and the rough time you bought the shield; it makes a big difference when we’re looking for your problem in the logs.

For over 2 weeks, I’ve had an open ticket for a “can’t use shield even though cooldown has expired” bug, that seems like it’s pretty common. Are these ever going to get resolved?
