My MK is 5/1/5 and I have a green cover about to expire. I’ve never placed in the top 10 for PVP before so that’s probably not something I’m going to try, but I do have 228 CP. Should I buy the last two covers to champ him?
Seems like it ought t be a no. You already have a couple perfectly serviceable green/black users as champs, and with 20 champs he won’t make a dent in your performance in PvP unless he’s boosted.
Saving a single cover isn’t a reason to sacrifice 12 covers. Considering especially you already have multiple non-champs at 13 covers, it seems like a waste of resources to focus on a different one. Failcap and Elektra might not be exciting but they have uses, and they justify themselves as champs for rewards better than someone you spent a bunch of CP on. One of these days they’ll rerun the Strange event and you’ll be happy Elektra is up there.
I don’t see why not at level 270 his black does 6900 damage plus if you down someone restores 2000 health
His green is crazy over 13000 for 12AP
If it was one cover I would say - yes, as he is good. But at 2 covers? I’ve got to vote no. I can see you are not really worried about 5* but missing 12 pulls from CP seems like a very high price. I am not saying you will get his missing covers in such pulls but you can make your roster much better with them regardless. It’s a shame to miss on MK as he seems like a great character but I would not pay such a high price.
It’s not a huge deal to throw away an unusable 4* cover. You’ll worry about it the first few times, and then soon enough you won’t care, especially when you have numerous champed 4s already. I’d save the cp for pulls. Now or soon, you’ll hope to start winning 5s.
