For the time being, yes. I’ll be back in the states next month. And yep, I get to either wake up early and hit the last couple missions to get some covers or push till around midnight and hope for the best.
Spending your holiday in China ? This is really not the best time to visit here…
Been fine so far. Little cold in the high plains desert where I am, but the food is good. Mmm, liang pi and chao la mien that isn’t some weird burnt dryish noodles but instead some awesome lo mein noodles in a spicy red sauce.
Eh? it ended at 11 PM for me in the states. Not sure that you know this, ya know, but most of us yanks don’t stay up that late, cause ya know, we got kids and have to get up for work at 5:30 AM. You can’t please all the people all of the time ya know.
1pm!?!? Lol that’s a lovely time - the sun’s up and everything!!! Last day of work for 2 weeks for me today so staying up till 5am wasn’t going to happen or I’d be on a roof looking like a zombie! Lol can you just repeat the event for anytime please? I’m sure most are on holiday now and would like another crack after reading Dumdum’s post!

Playing 10pm - 11pm would be a dream come true my friend!!! I have to get up at 6am so playing 4am -5am is insane compared!!
Have to say this is a big problem for me as well, been playing 54 days pretty non stop but every time an event finishes obviously made for stateside or whatever I would have to stay up until 5-6 am just to do well. I didn’t even bother with the 3 star event even though I have characters who could easily have competed for a win.
I still would like to see events with vague ending times. “Ends in: 0-3 days”. Then at some point, “Ends in less than 12 hours.”
How about a 3* tourney that ran correctly
While I certainly agree it was…rough…you of all people should know that with persistance you’ll eventually get whatever it is you missed out on. No point worrying about it, aye?
I don’t mind missing out on a few covers if i knew better times are ahead, but i’m not so certain.
Maybe so. I didn’t even actively participate grinding in the hunt because I got burnt out after 6 days, and have a decent punisher coming along nicely now. But the tournament was an exercise in patience, that I’ll agree with.
seriously, you’ve been playing the game since the beginning so you should realize the punisher covers will be flowing for the next couple events. ie see the double tourney this week to have two chances at winning 3 punisher covers (for a total of max 6).
man to remember the days at the beginning of the game when there were no brackets and just top ten got prizes out of tens of thousands…the current population playing this game would have a cumulative heart attack.
and thats why i said i don’t mind missing a few covers, as long as the matchmaking gets fixed…which there are no signs of them doing so
