I mean, this could also just be an older image of him they changed. I kinda doubt it’s a costume because the only difference is the gloves…and that would be pretty lame.
(Or a fantastic deal with 3000HP and 10CP for only £25?)

Spot the difference… Its the black gloves underneath the metal armbands. Not much else i can see?

Very likely old art…but it really makes me wonder why they changed it. The black gloves would match his cover art.
