I’d like to suggest a 4* only PvP event. Off-season or otherwise. Not allowed, 5s, 3s, 2s or 1s.
Only 4*s. Can be a boosted list or not.

may as well do this for every * tier while you’re at it; give people with deep rosters a place to use them, and people with starter rosters a place to use them.
Im afraid this would exclude a group of players, but i would like to see this for sure.
Possible solution could be make it so that instead of Clearance Level, you pick a star level?
What I would rather see them do instead of only 4* PvP is have the PvP events be different by SCL. For example:
SCL 1-3 is 2* PvP
SCL 4-6 is 3* PvP
SCL 7-9 is 4* PvP
SCL 10 when it comes out is 5* PvP.

Not if you get to select a tier instead of a clearance level. MMR should take care of the divisions..
4* PVP only and 5* PVP only.
5* PVP should have better rewards of course.
