4 Star Character glitch?

Hi,

Newbie here. I have 4 star characters which is the Totally awesome hulk and Red Hulk. I want to upgrade them to champion level and already have both of them at max power cap (13/13) and the level max is suppose to be at 270 but when I try to upgrade them the my level cap is upgradeable only for level 254 for Totally awesome Hulk and 240 for Red hulk. Currently my level cap for both of those characters are at 225 each. Question. Is this a glitch? Please let me know.

If you look above the lefthand button, you will see the maximum achievable level for each character, on the right (the purple button) you will see the level you can take them to with the iso you currently have + the purchase of 1 mother lode (sale not included in calculation).

This is why their max levels look odd on the one touch button.
