Having finally made the points to win the Heroic cover pack of 10 covers, I was disappointed to only receive one gold cover out of the 10. What a terrible way to reward days of gameplay. That really sucks. Not the same as getting no gold, but one out of ten is pitiful. And a reminder to NEVER EVER buy one of those ever.
1 in 10 is on the low end, but definitely not an anomaly. There are plenty of 10-packs with only silver covers unfortunately.
I also only got one gold cover from my season tenpack, but it happened to be 
- the fifth in that color and the 13th overall, so I’m not complaining at all about that.
That would have been fine, finishing a set nicely! I got a first level colour for Mystique, taking her to the grand level if 43. Whoopdedoo.
The average rate seems to be one or two 3* covers per pack.
Yeah, I count anything above that as exceptional.
If you get 3* covers you can actually use, so much the better.
Based on the stated % draw rate of each heroic token, the average should be 2 gold pulls per pack but anything between 0 and 4 isn’t exactly newsworthy.
Last season my 10 pack was 10 2 stars.
Got a cool 2500 ISO out of the deal.

This season was the first time I managed to get a 10-pack. I’ve been playing for 60 days now, got myself 4 maxed out 2 stars and a good stock of covers for when they’re boosted. After so many days of playing, it was a little disappointing to only get one gold cover. Especially when I the matches jump from easy to impossible so quickly, it’s looking almost impossible to rank highly enough in events to build up a good collection.
For my 10-pack in season 8 or 9 (I can’t remember which) I got 2 4* covers (Fury & IW) plus 4 3* covers (I know it had a Daredevil & Cap, which I sold, maybe the others were Blade & Deadpool).
Every other season, that 10 pack has given me 10 silvers, so I figure that about brings me to even.
There was a time when no 10 packs were rewards for anything. So yeah. 2500+ free ISO is terrible. How dare they.
Take a 10 pack like any individual token. Expect a silver cover and be happy when it is golden. Way better than expecting a gold and being disappointed 20 out of 21 times.
I’ve generally gotten 2 or 3 gold covers in my 10-heroic pull. Worst was a single bagdevil cover. Best was 4-3* plus a Fury.

It’s like playing the lottery. Of course you’re going to lose. 1 gold cover is actually a pretty nice pull, in the big scheme of things.
And I completely agree that no one, ever, should buy one of these things. Ever.

I got 4 gold covers in my season 10 pack, and since then, I have opened about 14 event tokens, 3 heroics and 31 standard and not one of them has been gold. I feel your pain, but it’s all just luck.

I got kind of super lucky. I think I pulled 5 golds out of my pack…none were useful. I want to say it was four Marvels and a Beast. But at least they were gold so it was more iso…
