One of my friend who does not know english but he is cruois to learn one thing deal with Black bolt. His question is as below :
“I have 5-Stars Black Bolt (lv.256, Green=2, Black=2, Yellow= N/A) I have a chance to get that character up max. lv.315.
Besides, my roster consists of mostly 3-starts champion units.
I wonder, is it feasible to make Black Bolt raise to lv.315 ??? or keep it the same level-256??”

When you’re still in the 3* tier there’s really no good reason to level a 5* cover, regardless of how tempting that might be. At first glance you think it’ll be so much more powerful than what you have, thus it will help you, but the opposite is true.
It may not nudge the needle a whole lot, but it probably would affect pve scaling and would most likely affect the opponents you see in PVP.
It probably won’t make a huge difference in scaling, but the ISO cost can probably be put to much better use leveling/champing 4*. Unless he somehow gets lucky and receives many more Black Bolt covers, he may regret spending that ISO when the time comes to champion a 4*, especially one of the top tier characters like Iceman or Peggy Carter. Championing 4* is very expensive and will drain any reserved ISO very quickly.
