When the Dominaria update dropped the game refused to fully load and hung on the main menu after the title screen. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. The game now loaded, but my account had been lost. Support managed to get my account back, but now I get stuck on the main menu again! What should I do?
Try uninstalling and reinstalling it again. I had to do it twice after trying to create an ingame support Ticket, what led me to the game frozen. Now is working well (the game no the ingame support).
If I uninstall the game I’ll lose my account yet again, and I can’t back up my account through Facebook because the game won’t load for me to connect my account to Facebook.
