Any chance of adding additional ranks?
There needs to be an Alliance Leader rank, Officer Rank and then Members rank
Even officers should be kickable by the leader if they quit but forgot to leave the alliance, or if they have taken a long hiatus without informing the leader etc

And a slightly difference also…if the member is not active for a certain amount of time, the game show it next to the nick/IGN.
The only thing I don’t really like about your idea, is to kick the officers…or maybe vote of confidence from the team ?
