Does anyone know who the right character for the Event Quest is, since neither Electro is being tracked for the Strongest Color Quest?

They just don’t care. And they will say “well we are all working on the engine that was supposed to be done in Q1 but now looks like Q3? Maybe?”.

It’s very annoying how sloppy they are with the game events/mechanisms.

They usually have an offer in the store to buy the required character, like the other day 1 star venom was needed and there was an offer to buy an ascended venom. So I’d say check who’s offered today

I tried it with every Thunderbolt affiliated character and it didn’t work so really bugged.

So far, it’s not any of these Thunderbolts, according to my attempts in the Deadpool Daily:
4* Moonstone
3* Luke Cage
3* Iron Fist
1* Black Widow
1* Venom
1* Yelena

Correction. I haven’t tried the new moonstone yet. Maybe it’s her. Can someone try?

Data miners saw they set up the requirement wrong and no characters will work for this unless the devs do an update.

I think this is a deliberate community building exercise on the part of the devs: They’re trying to see how much support we’ll give each other in the absence of other help.

Zemo (In disguise as Citizen V, of course) felt disrespected by the introduction of the Thunderbolts into MPQ… Without him…

Without him there are no Thunderbolts, after all.

So he had Fixer/Techno hack into the game’s servers to upload Zemo’s digital consciousness into the game.

He then made himself the character needed to complete the quest and it can’t be fixed until he’s in the game.
