I had out Sphinx of the Final Word in Chandra’s fourth challenge making all my creatures hexproof, however she was still able, without disabling creatures, to target and kill them with Harnessed Lightning.

Yes. But she hit the second creature and I had destroyed her Deadlock Trap. It wasn’t a disabled creature.
I think there’s 3 probable match gem disables.
match 1 energised disable, match 2 energised disable
and (creature) match 1 energised disable(this one might
work on your 2nd creature)

She uses Deadlock Trap and Maulfist Doorbuster, but she didn’t have either of those in play. Believe me, my creature wasn’t disabled when she targeted it with Harnessed Lightning.
I ran into this with Showdown node 2.3 and the AI using Confiscation Coup on a Sphinx. I emailed support and they said its a known issue. So, don’t rely on Hexproof until we see an update that mentions fixing this.
