Did anyone else notice the final totals posted on Dr Doom PvP, the total # of alliances was 17,738 ?

That is a wow. Even if 99%* are starter alliances or aren’t competitive (leaving behind ~177 teams), getting into the top50 or top100 is a mighty feat!
*and I doubt all 99% aren’t competitive
I am very curious how many of these are size 1-5
I’d guess a minimum of 95% of them.
We’re going to get some very interesting numbers in three weeks. Once SHIELD training ends for Season 1, that’ll tell us how many players were playing. (It’s at least 100,000).
The Hulk rerun got well over 100k, and that was, what, a month ago?
I got to below 220,000th place in the old SHIELD training. Granted, those may not all be active accounts.
