This is mainly for PVP people looking for those shinny new 4* covers. Or those in existing alliances who see their ranking drop and want that cover. Everybody is welcome though.
Personally, I have 17 fully covered 3* sitting mostly at level 115, 8 well covered 3s after that and currently building on my 18 4s. I consistently finish in the top 20 personally and am looking for others who are the same.
