Because Nick Fury is a 3* like all the other featured characters?

Heroic Tokens have a either a 1.2% or a 1.5% pull rate for either 4*.
Too Many Secrets tokens have a 2.6% or a 3.0% pull rate for Fury.

At worst, you have the same chance to pull a 4* from either token. At best, you have twice the chance to pull Nick Fury from a TMS token than IW from a Heroic.

It’s a 4* cover. Do you expect 3* drop rates? It’s a better Fury drop rate than the Brotherhood drop tokens, and there’s no loaner Fury to use on his essential nodes there.

I actually pulled Fury from a Brotherhood token I had won as progression reward. It took me a little while to close my mouth again. icon_e_smile.gif
