I noticed that the new PVE event has Anniversary tokens in the progression rewards, while the Recruit page lists “Deadpool vs. MPQ” tokens. Currently there is no page in the Recruit Heroes screen for Anniversary tokens, though that will probably change in the next 45 minutes.
I’m guessing that the Deadpool tokens are not winnable but there to be a cheaper purchase for attempting to get the buffed characters in the event?
The anniversary tokens are for 4 star devil Dino. A lot more exciting than spidey doom and rags

The anniversary tokens are available now. They are 500 HP normally but the daily deal drops it to 50 HP for one. I tried it and got a green Doc Ock.
Some interesting drop rates:
Devil Dino is 9.9% for single, 14.9% for packs
IW and Fury - 1.8%
20000 ISO - 0.2%
7000 ISO - 0.5%
2900 HP - 0.2%
600 HP - 0.5 %
3* chars - 1.1%
2* chars (Ares, OBW, Cap, MHawk, HT, Moonstone) - 10.6% single, 9.8% packs
3* characters not included: GSBW, Doom, Loki, CMags, Rags, Spiderman, Hood,
The odds must have changed for the content of the anniversary pack but now you’re getting 35 HP on the 2 HP prizes alone (on average) which brings the daily token cost down to about 15 HP before considering anything else you can get out of the token. Your actual luck, of course, may vary.

At 7 tokens, you pass 50% in likelihood of drawing a Dino cover.
At 16, you pass 80%
At 29, you pass 95%
At 50, you pass Ivory. (99.44%)
50HP has an expected return (for the HP/iso prizes only) of 9.05 HP, 75iso.
