There are few requirements though:

You have to live from GMT +7-8 area. In short, you gotta live in Asia. Myself live in Indonesia and a frequent traveler to Singapore.

Active player. Not requiring you to have lvl 141s *** chars, but i want you guys to keep improving your team. Myself only has 1 lvl 141 coz i like to use many different characters.
