There is a user (Yasir_r_k) in the Avengers tournament running a 3 covered level 61 Hulk. How does this guy have all 3 covers already? Is this a bogus seed account?

When do covers usually go into standard/heroic anyway? I.e. Is punisher in it yet? I’m sitting on like 6 heroics
Generally a month-ish after they’re released for new characters. New abilities for current characters tend to go right in. Punisher is not in the normal pack yet.
