I have 3Kang4 (is that the notation we settled on?) because why not, now there’s an offer to buy one of those which would obviously make 3Kang5 quite achievable - but is that something anyone would ever really want?
3Kang is objectively worse than the 5*,right?
I don’t think anybody knows yet.
There is one obvious advantage though: when 3* Kang is required for something, you’d be able to use a 5* character.

Which might be good if they ever remember that they’re supposed to boost the ascended versions, too.
LRs with ascended chars are just sad.
