Yeah I pulled my first Spiderman cover last week after 100 days. I turned him to ISO. A shame for one of Marvels greatest characters. Even if he turns good, not worth 600hp roster slot and ISO to take away from metagame. MPQ gonna MPQ

that power would be pretty hard to implement in the game. However, he could have an active passive ability where he creates yellow web tiles every turn and then the active ability could destroy all web tiles (prob a 6-8 ap power). Provides cascades but never play him against venom lol

could be switched to a “Yoink!” power that grabs AP from opponents. Effectively give him a bit of OBW, but at


level, to keep his powers in line with his colors…

You could even tie the stealing to web tiles on the board.

Secondly: What part is hard to implement? It’s not all 1 ability. I put a flexible idea there that’s actually more true to the character(Spidey being annoying, zipping around and stopping the enemy’s plans) than whatever
is currently. If there’s any parallel to the ability currently, it’d be like Daredevil’s new Radar Sense. Although you’re right there aren’t many powers that currently destroy “Lines” of blocks that aren’t horizontal or vertical. Destroying diagonal lines must be the hard to implement part you are talking about, then?

Spidey being the event reward is a very tenuous reason for a full fledged spidey rework discussion to be here. >.<

4* featured tournaments are annoying mostly, but can be interesting to see how the AI will play a fully covered version if you can find a node with a whale in it. I’ve seen a couple screen caps of rosters with him maxed already, so I know they’ll be out there. Also good because non-whales (ie, most people) won’t have him leveled yet, so it’ll be a lot of undercovered or loaner matchs, hopefully keeping his threat rating down a bit.

Obligatory whine: I wish the only color I care about wasn’t way up in T5 territory. bleh.

I really wish this had been the last non season pvp. I want the two tokens, the hp and the iso, and literally nothing else from this.

And I rotate between the third character I’ve tried falcon which kinda works well also have used 4* Thor but it isn’t as useful because I don’t have any blue covers for her. Loki was mediocre to me so I stopped using him. I might try hulk next. But what are other players trying as their go to team?
