Should this card cause summoning sickness when it brings creatures back from exile?
Just got the card, and it is doing so… I just wasn’t sure if that’s how it is supposed to work.?
It should, since that’s how it works in paper. Who knows with this game though.

This is not a confirmed information, but I’d say this is the usual way ‘astral drift’ is supposed to work @Raistlin
Unfortunately.. Imo it would be more masterpiece-like when the creatures would get also haste in addition 
However, there are a few cards which are kind of doing the same, for instance ‘Eldrazi Displacer’.
It says (after exiling and replacing your first creature), “this creature gains haste (…)” and just because astral drift does not say so I came to my conclusion.
