Is anyone else annoyed by the animation of the attack tiles? I hate them even when they are friendly ones. The animation slows down the game so much that it gets boring. The worst case for me is when I play with LStorm or against her. When her black is on the board I want to kill myself. I don’t care about the damage I will take more than i care that the game is going to take twice the time to finish.
Can they be fixed so that you don’t see the animation and the damage is done right after you make your match? I don’t want to see the damage floating from every tile up. Just sum it up will all the rest. Also the animation for the damage taken from enemy attack tiles is broken. You take the damage before the animation goes off. So why even have an animation?
I still think they are redundant at some point, but I don’t mind them coexisting as much as I mind the long animations at the end of each turn.
And yes Daken putting strike tiles is just horrible. Such UI animations have to be fixed, especially when something is repeated many times in the same fight, the animation time should be minimized or removed at all.
I should change the title and my content to “Attack Tiles” instead of “Strike Tiles”.
