I have received two emails now about the ticket I submitted regarding not getting points for wins in the Avengers vs Ultron and Ultron Prime events. They have come back and said that there will be no individual compensation. IF they do any compensation, it will be en mass to everyone. They said the problems with this event are too widespread.
OK, I get it, but all I want is what I earned. Nothing more.
I had a ton of display errors, where I received the points on my total, but showed up as +0, and where the display didn’t update until after I quit the event and came back in.
I didn’t bother with any tickets, because there were so many bugs on points. I did grind out the last progression reward, so most of them must have been accumulating.
