Nerf cap. The cost of his yellow is too low. For a move you aren’t suppose to use 19 is too viable a number. Should be 25 or 26 yellow. His red is fine but his blue shouldn’t stun for so many turns. If you save up, like, 24 ap or more you can turn it into a nearly unstoppable chain of blue shields. That’s not just unfair, that’s illogical. How does cap throw another shield when it hasn’t come back to him yet? HOW DOES HE THROW HIS SHIELD AGAIN!?! ANSWER ME NAYSAYERS!
Nerf order is cap, rag, then probably bagman. If you don’t believe me then you clearly never played a lvl 85 bagman, 40 yelena team and felt so bad that you tried to let them win. I mean, really tried…and failed. And at the last second retreated to give them the win. Not only did I lose, but I wasted time playing them doing so. That’s some epic lvl clout by bagman.
What do you mean captian americas yellow is too low? Its too high! And lets say if you are playing against hulk,storm,juggernaut,or ragnok. They will knock your yellow protect tiles right offthe board. So all that time you took getting 19 yellow ap is a waist. And his blue is just fine, its his best power and the only one that’s worth keeping him. His red is definitely not the best red. Modern storm red power is better than his red power . . .

All that time is a WAIST? As in a very useful thing that is both needed and utilized correct? Then we agree!
I skipped your first two sentences because I don’t like answering questions or being yelled at (ps-I have no idea what I wrote up above). I can deal with the blue. The problem is when you combine it with his overpowered yellow or his decent red that the blue starts to look broken. 19 yellow, 25 or 26 red and 26 blue..game over. That’s just not fair.

Can his 3*** variant be Cap’n 'Murica? He can have a mullet and his maxed red ability, Not in My Country, will instantly down anybody incapable of showing a tattered longform birth certificate signed in cursive. They’ll have to introduce special white tiles though; ain’t no yellow on Old Glory.

After 16 days of Hulk events, I’m pretty sure none of us wants to see a Wolvie or Captain cover ever again. Mind you, at this point until they add new ** characters I think the only ** covers I want to see are my final red Thor cover, my final blue Classic Storm cover and some ** Magneto covers, but still.
It’s going to be hilarious when they make Bag Man a boosted character for one of these events and include Bag Man on that event’s version of the heroic token…

In widowmaker tourney I had no BWGS so one of the 3 possible choices was unavailable for me. I thought it’s the same here with IM40 (facepalm) Well at least I got some time to catch up before it ends..
