I’ve heard countless times from members in my coalition that they go up against my decks in events. It’s a horrible setup to have a coalition’s efforts towards higher rankings - and better prizes! - hampered by their own coalition members. This is something that really warrants a change.

alternatively they could be up against an equally difficult
deck by another coalition?

No, I don’t lose ribbons if they win. But, if they go up against a coalition member’s deck and lose, the coalition’s performance in the event suffers. It’s not an issue of personal improvement in game play, at all, even if that is a result. There are plenty of decks out there that offer a challenge to that end.

identical deck to yours but from another coalition?
I think the system is matching based on ability/
suitability.
