I think the veteran community has experienced enough to realize change isn’t coming. Over the months it’s become apparent that things get rushed, bugs get repeated each expansion and the staff will not/cannot be transparent or involved in the forums.
The overall attitude of the players isn’t just because of unexpected maintenance and ruined chances at top prizes, it’s all that above and today is the straw breaking the camel’s back.
