Who are you best and unbeatable 2* and 3* teams???
No teams are unbeatable. There are teams that can be obnoxious to play against, and ones where you come out heavily damaged, or teams where you don’t want to fight them due to the length of time it will take, but nothing is foolproof on defense.

I use Thor + Hood + Featured to climb and get quick wins, then for my last win if I’m not shielding, I’ll put down Thor + Deadpool as people never seem to attack that team.
I guess Thor’s KO potential and Deadpools guaranteed 65% chunk are pretty well repellant for would-be attackers. There’s no real threat of a loss when attacking that team, but at the same time it’s a virtual pyrrhic victory - you’re guaranteed to need Health Packs after defeating that squad.
For DDQ survival node I use xforce/hood/Cmags and rarely take any damage. Massive damage attacks on 5 of 6 colors and plenty of board shake make it easy to build AP in the grunts in wave 1, nuke the real enemies in wave 2, then rinse & repeat in rounds 3 & 4.
It’s just those damn Hand waves that drop attack tiles when you kill 'em that do a bit of damage, but not enough to lose the battle.

Early goon nodes: Wolv/Daken/OBW (saves health)
PVP(if working the normal way):
Wolverine/Daken to start, then Ares/Daken in higher rounds.
Wolv/Daken to start save health, and taking out those with Magneto/Storm 2* is relatively safe if you target storm first.
Best 3* Team in my opinion Luke Cage/Iron Fist/Thor.
Best 2* Team Thor/Ares/Black widow
