Are you aware that some VIP booster packs fails to open?

I think that it was one of my legacy basic boosters packs which froze the UI and failed to show the contents of the pack. When I got the menu working again (through the card finder work around) I got a conversion screen that said I had zero duplicates.

Once again I have experienced a failure to open a booster pack without any way to verify what I got if anything.

Since I have zero possibilities to document this issue, I not going to waste time reporting it to CS, since their response tends to be denial anyways.
