when will the next sale on boost packs happen?

darnit, just spent all my gold a week ago, now ixilan is out with decreased booster pack prices, darn, guess its not just on thanksgiving/chrismas
ixalan is decreased booster pack price, or everything else is? Last time I checked the premium other packs were more affordable and an ixalan premium was highway robbery (exaggeration, but still an overall pretty bad deal)
I hardly call a 20 crystal boost highway robbery – that’s like a little over a day of TG.
I’m also factoring in the % reduction of rares/mythics
