Today I bought 20k heroic points for 89,99€. After the transaction was completed, the ammount of 20k HP appeared ingame. But after a few seconds it disappeared!
So I paid 89,99€ for nothing!

Please open a customer support ticket to mobilesupport@d3p.us. They should be able to help you. Make sure you give them a lot of details ( your in-game user name, how much you spent, what OS, etc…).
I did! I even send the correspondence from clickandbuy in the mail…
But no reply till now

It seemed that they did’t accept the clickandbuy receipt..
The answered me last thursday, that I have to submit a screenshot with the receipt for verification.
I’ve sended a screenshot from iTunes store. But havn’t got a reply since then
I’m thinking about to open a new ticket - every day!!!
