Brainstorming Little Tweaks to BoFT that Could Go a Long Way

This one is particularly irritating to me, especially since the name of the objective is “Pacifist”. If I didn’t kill anything, then I fulfilled the objective. Him killing his own creatures and having it count against me is sloppy coding that should have been fixed when Hibernum was around.

I think what’s particularly egregious is that there isn’t a work around. You can stop him from killing some of his creatures by using bounce, but you can’t bounce tokens, which he spams, meaning you’re completely at the mercy of RNG.

So that’s my suggestion–fix the coding, finally, after having to deal with this in so many events.

I agree. I enjoy the white knuckling. And if I don’t feel like it o don’t go for it.

I won every match and reach full reward, but skip the last 4 matches because they wouldn’t change a thing in coalition rewards. I had 1006 points and left around 20 points from objectives (+4 matches)

This problem with this event is: you can do it almost with cycling deck and you have to. To beat e.g. 5.2 often enough to reach full rewards. But for what? A rix booster and some runes and crystals from coalition rank?

To shut down cycling there should be objectives like ‘cycle x or less’ or just more tribe objectives. And please better rewards and not some lousy runes until you are in top10 coalition.

An event should be fun and not work. And if it is work than it should be way more rewarding.

Changing the reward on the last progression would be nice. A premium pack? Non-dupe mythic? Crystals and jewels combined? Something to make it really worth it. I hit 1000 points right at the final minute. I never got my pack because the event ended as soon as i was collecting my ribbons. And i dont feel that bad that i didnt get the pack. I can just play AI and get those 50 orbs and runes i didnt get.

, yep, exactly.
@madwren : don’t forget exile as a workaround for tokens! Still not 100%, but it helped me to not fail this objective

Yeah, I run all the exile I have. I’m very glad that exile effects are so much more accessible now.
