Buffed 5* Wasp's powers and damage are bugged

In this video,

  1. I’d 13 Swarm tiles out when the cap is 12.
  2. Her black AoE damage has been reduced or capped at only 8 Swarm tiles
  3. Her black AoE is dealing only ~1k per Swarm tiles, but her thread shows that it should be dealing around 2.4k.
  4. Her blue AoE damage has been reduced by about 2000k
  5. Her Swarm tiles replaced fortified basic tiles
  6. I should be gaining 6 black aps back but I gained only 1 extra even though I have reduced her cost to 4 black ap and I’ve 12 Swarm tiles. If I’d 7 black, I fire it for 4 black, I should be getting back 7-4+6= 9 black aps net.

I noticed that the second power for blue and black are the same regardless of how many covers she has. The damage for her blue and black AoEs at 1 cover to 5 covers are the same.
