It seems there is placeholder text for the new repeating countdown tile graphics.
This one is for Punisher’s Molotov Cocktail. The tile still resolves as normal, but the tooltip text has placeholder values.
Not been able to test for other repeating countdowns just yet.

Just had the same thing happen with Molotov Cocktail on Android. Interestingly, it did correctly display the information for Night Stalker, so it might just be that someone forgot to copy over the tooltip text for Molotov Cocktail.
I can’t post a pic, but iOS shows just a blank box (no text) for Brocket’s repeater tile.
Does the same for Hellfire (iOS)
