Can’t contact Support in-app [Investigating]

There used to be an option in Settings > Help Center (FAQ) at the top-right of the page (next to the “Help” title) that would open a “chat” with support. This is no longer available.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems contacting Customer Support. Can you send me a screenshot of the settings screen and tell me what version of your OS?

@Oktagon_Support yes the issue is ongoing, now in iOS v15.2.
