After Magnetized Mayhem ended, I tried to check my position on the leaderboard and got a “Cannot connect to the leaderboards server” error. I figured this was a one-time thing but now it’s happening when I try to see what the scores were in Trial By Combat, whenever I tap “player rank” or “alliance rank.” My alliance-mates report the same issue.
I am having the same problem and being a team owner, I rely on those stats because we have a strike system in place with a few players not able to join LINE chat and have a language barrier. Does anyone know when this will be fixed?
I also have this problem. It showed up after Trial by Combat was complete. One other piece of information that may help debug this is that before loading the error popup, the screen flashes to look like its loading whatever the previously viewed leaderboard was, in my case season vii. I’ve also seen it attempt to load the lightning round leaderboards. Here’s an image of the screen. Note that this is while trying to view the Trial by Combat leaderboards.
None of my alliance are able to access the Trial by Combat leaderboards either.
I am running iOS8.1 on an iPhone 6 plus. (If it will help I can collect the device and software stats for my alliance, but I have a sinking feeling that this is actually a server-side issue.)
My alliance is having this issue since Trial by Combat ended. It appears to be across devices since nobody in my alliance can access. D3 if you are watching it would be nice if these results could be put back on the PvP pane once the issue is resolved.
Same here. I need to record team scores for complete stats. Missing one events scores throws off the Shield Simulator score as well.
Please dont remove scores until its fixed.
I submitted a ticket for this yesterday within an hour of the event ending. I also PM’ed David and IceIX directing them to this thread (at least one of them read it promptly). I got the ticket confirmation ~30 minutes before the results disappeared today. I’ve since updated my ticket with a request for our alliance’s results as I don’t think they will put the results back up in the app.
Kind of disappointed this issue couldn’t be resolved quickly and in-app. Good luck everyone getting your data back!
