I keep trying to vote up ZootSax and his DDQ threads, but every time I get the message “You cannot give reputation so soon. You may try again later.”
Yes, I may, and I do, no change. This has been happening for weeks. Who knows how many thousands of reputation points I’ve missed out on because of this problem affecting other users.
Please take a look and fix this system.
I wouldn’t hold my breath if I were you. Maybe now that we have a post a year about this issue it may be something they look at.
But i doubt it.

Damn, now I am liable to get another warning, this one for infringing rule 10 “Please don’t restart discussions that already exist. Before starting a new thread, search our forums to see if a similar topic already exists. If you find one, contribute your content to the thread that is already established.”
We don’t expect people to find and revive year-old threads. No warning issued.
