Facebook has locked my account and I cannot play this game because of it. I’ve spent money and my content that I’ve paid for is being gated by Facebook. I want access to my game account.
And I can’t submit a ticket because it takes me to the intro. Help.

Facebook is terrible.
Had this problem the other week try this when it says retry tap cancel instead you will start training for another account not on FB if you done training already then it goes straight to the game then you go in settings and login Facebook from there and you should be back in your account worked for me
I have the same issue, but that solution didnt work for me… the game works when i re-install it… then when i log into my facebook account it locks up
A bunch of us are having this same problem. It’s been a week now for me since I’ve been able to log in and play.
I sent in a ticket to d3 and they took care of me. I’m sorry I didn’t update. They’ll need a lot of info if you want to be able to restore your account to one device such as a screen shot with your device info and all of the unique cards/pws/purchases you can remember.
I’m able to log into Facebook now, but I’ve yet to link it back to my account. I’m hesitant to do so. And Facebook didnt even let me know why there was an issue! I kept trying to log into the Facebook ap and one day it let me log in. Frustrating.
Ah. Might be a different issue. I can log into Facebook itself, but Puzzle Quest errors out on “Fetching Player Event” for us when we log in here with Facebook.
Ah, OK. Hope you can get it fixed
