Can't Access Unclaimed Vaults

I have a lot of unclaimed vaults. Hundreds is my guess from all the various character releases, PVE / PVP events etc. This causes a problem as I am unable to access some unclaimed vaults.

I bought the 1500 HP lightning vault yesterday that contains 2 tokens for:

  1. Black Friday (now active)
    not active anymore
  2. Spring Cleaning
  3. That’s a Steel
  4. Costume Party
  5. 10th Anniversary
  6. December Deals

I was able to open the ones for Black Friday since it’s active.

But I’ve scrolled through all my unclaimed vaults and I do not see any of the others in my list. The order seems to be

  1. Inactive PvE Events (alphabetically)
  2. Inactive PvP Events (alphabetically by character name)
  3. Fan Favorites
  4. Inactive PvP Events (alphabetically by character name)

The difference between group 2 and group 4 seems to be older released characters / PvP events fall into group 2 and newer released characters (last 2-3 of years or so) fall into group 4.

Is there a way for me to access these limited offer vaults or is there a certain limit on how many unclaimed the game supports?
