Am I the only one noticing I only get massive cascades on the last move of the game essentially? Call me a paranoid , but I just get the funny feeling that this is programed, just so D3 can go look at the cascade numbers of players vs AI they are balanced.
You’re a paranoid! (what? You asked! ![]()
)
Seriously though, I’ve noticed this too and often thought it would be really nice if something like that happened after my first turn! But I’m not a conspiracy theorist, so I won’t say it’s just the devs trying to balance out numbers. I would like to know why it happens though
Ha I’m missing a “bastard” in my sentence.
It’s confirmation bias. You have a theory and everytime it happens to you, you make a mental checkmark in your head.
The brain has a terrific way of forgetting the mundane (the 20 battles you win without incident) and only making note of the extraordinary (the 10 second cascade that ends a battle).
I get cascades all the time. I happen to notice them better when i have special tiles.
Ihate it when it happens
Not just u man .
I couldn’t keep track on how many times that AI made a top row swap leads to a screen wipe cascades
If u really want to know for sure let’s keep track and compare notes later
I always suspect that happen more often when u have been playing for a long time without using a health pack but a lot less when u use a health pack in between
