Hello, I am new to this forum. I hope I am not doing wrong by asking if someone could help me get my account back? I changed phones and even though the google achievements are still accurate, I don’t have my characters. Can I get my account reactivated please? the account is Master Joe X
If you had Facebook syncing turned on, you just need to log into FB on the new phones, play through the tutorial (annoying), and choose to redownload your old save when the option is presented.
If you didn’t have the game data backed up to Facebook, you’ll need to open a ticket with customer support.
I don’t have Facebook. So which customer service am I supposed to email? The customer service of the game itself or Facebook?
Your problem is with the game so you’ll want to contact the game’s customer support. There’s a sticky topic at the top of the forum with instructions.
