I’ve compiled a list of the heath recovery rates of most characters in the game (namely the ones I own). These have been determined empirically, and do not take into account increased healing due to VIP. I’ve seen some questions asked about this so hopefully some find this helpful.
Note: VIP healing is actually 33% faster than non-VIP healing, it would seem, resulting in a 25% reduction in time-to-fully-heal. So a non-VIP OML takes 80 seconds to heal 96 hit points, while a VIP OML takes 60 seconds (25% less time). However VIP OML heals 128 hit points in 80 seconds, which is 33% more health. Anyways.

- As far as I know, all 1 star characters recover health at a rate of 0.2 health/second
All of these values, except for the 1s, have been obtained by allowing the character to take some damage, then dividing the lost health by the time required to recover that health as reported on the training screen. I have double- and triple-checked the 4 values that look weird, my best guess is that they are mistakes caused by copy/pasting a character from a lower tier (just a guess).
