So who are you using? How do you rate this crop of 4 and 5*s compared to previous years?
I notice Mighty Thor/Jane is locked out? I don’t mind because she is chaos but seems a bit odd?
I am using a multitude of characters but Moon Knight has actually been doing the heavy lifting surprisingly, that anti stun is helping against the Chasm’s. It is nice to be able to mix in some 4s as my MMR at present isn’t throwing up too many double/triple champ 5 teams.
I’ve seen lots of Crystal for whatever reason. I myself am going with Echo + Ikaris + Crystal only because those three are my best ones out of the 2022 bunch.
Kinda surprised that I’ve seen only one Abigail + Gargantos team this far. I’m not seeing terribly killer synergies for the 2022 class, best I’ve seen this far is the aformentioned Abigail + Gargantos + Crystal which took long enough to kill with those annoying mass team heals. I thought of going Ikaris + Hulkling + BK for aerial annoyance, but there’s considerable color overlap between Ikaris and the other two so I eschewed that.
Chasm without suitable teammates is like literally whatever.
I’ve seen quite a few Abigail. Crystal and Elektra.
Surprisingly, the 2022 bottom/trash tier characters like Abigail see quite a lot of uses. Seeing Crystal in there is not surprising because her team healing is annoying.
I was expecting Gargantos+Chasm + 5Hulk as a team but I guess players stopped their hoard after champing Dr Thor. The dev did mention in reddit about Dr Thor’s exclusion from 2022 pvp and is looking into it.
chasm, Gargantos 5* She-Hulk is my team. Since there are not a bunch of strong AOE I am betting on my opponents not being able to down both She Hulk and Chasm at the same time.
That’s the team I would run if I got them champed. Sersi + Big Wheel should be able to winfinite into a victory over them.
I haven’t started yet but I was planning to use sesi, big wheel, and lady thor. Hopefully they’ll fix the glitch that is locking her out before I start.
Why is Jane locked out? Is there a reason? Seems odd she’s singled out.
Clearly she’s too good, so they had to remove her.
This event is slow and terrible. The absolute opposite of fun. Really disappointed.
Event just went live for me at noon. First and only match so far I used Sersi lvl 435 2/5/5, Crystal lvl 451, and Gargantos lvl 450. Used them because they’re my best available, but I’m gonna keep playing around with some other combo’s as well. Hopefully Dr. Honey becomes usable so I can add some punch to my team.
Gamora slashes them down quick and easy

Couldn’t they have locked out Chasm instead of Jane lol
I just mean she does multiple strong slashes at once so she can down those pesky resurrection zombies

This event is the opposite of fun.
It’s terrible.
I faced this one and yeah, annoying lol. Luckily She-Hulk can only revive so many times. But Chasm is an AP vampire.
I don’t see how playing against Dr Thor can be fun. I bet there will be players complaining about how AI Thor continues to get cascades and how they spend 3 healthpacks per match. Throw Chasm and Crystal with her and many would probably stop playing. :o
It’s 26k aoe plus 3 additional individual slashes of 26k if you play it right.
Dude I was responding to wymtime about not a lot of AOE options available to take down she hulk and Chasm at the same time. I was just offering an option.
