I don’t know what this does exactly.. I assumed Public meant anyone can join, and that Private meant that people either joined by invitation or had to be accepted after applying to join.
I paid 50 
to change 0blivion from Public to Private to try to make it easier to allow in a specific player. If that’s not what it is intended to do, can I get a refund? I suggest adding some description of what the Public/Private setting means in the game somewhere.
If it is what is intended, then it’s not functioning as so.
