My buddy is trying to redeem codes. He’s on the right page, he puts in his username with proper casing, the code (SONAR in this case) and he gets error messages:
“Form has not been submitted, please see the errors below.” appears just above his username. Then just above the Confirm button it says “Google reCAPTCHA verification failed, please try again.”
I got this same message. I did a refresh of the screen and re-entered my data and it worked. I have no idea why it didn’t the first time or why doing that fixed it.
I’ll investigate if there’s a bug with the reCAPTCHA, but has he also tried a different browser? I ran into that error once and it worked the 2nd time.
